6. General conditions of the contract.
6.1. Purchase procedure.

The prices indicated on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in Euros.

6.3. Shipping method and cost.
In principle, all the products described in our online store will be available, except those that are shown as "not available" in the product file. In the event that a product is out of stock at the time of placing your order, and we have not been able to update this information on the web, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a similar product or the refund of the corresponding amount.
When dealing with different warehouses of origin and in the case of orders of several articles, these can be sent in different packages, without additional cost, in order to reduce to the maximum the delivery time of the same ones.
Peninsula shipping costs: For purchases of 75 euros or less, the shipping costs will be 6 euros + VAT. For purchases over 75 euros, shipping costs will be free.

6.4. Product warranty.
ARTIDES RETAIL guarantees its products, in the legally established terms, for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.
The customer must inform ARTIDES RETAIL of any non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are excluded from the warranty.
When the use of the warranty is justified, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.
The warranty will lose its value in the cases in which:
- Any of the data of the same or of the purchase invoice is modified, altered or substituted.
- If both the identification number and the guaranteed appliance itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
- If the purchase invoice is missing. If the necessary repair was not covered by the guarantee, in the established terms, the client will have to bear the expenses, both of repair and shipment.
6.5. Right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days, counted from receipt of the product, to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons. It is a prerequisite that both the packaging and the product are in perfect condition, have not been tampered with, do not have defects or damage by external events or other circumstances that result in the impairment of the product, especially the opening of the container.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and the invoice issued to ARTIDES RETAIL. The costs arising from the return will be borne by the buyer, as established by law.
In any case, this right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized in accordance with art. 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Any information that either party communicates or provides to the other or to which either party has access shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by either party for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These General Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. For any questions that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document, both parties expressly agree, and waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Zamora, except in the case of consumers, in which case they will be those corresponding to their domicile.
