ARTIDES RETAIL S.L. guarantees its products, under the legally established terms, for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.
The customer must inform ARTIDES RETAIL S.L. of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use, shall be excluded from the warranty.
When the use of the warranty is justified, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.
The warranty will lose its value in the cases in which:
- Any of the data of the same or of the purchase invoice is modified, altered or substituted.
- If both the identification number and the guaranteed appliance itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
- If the purchase invoice is missing. If the necessary repair is not covered by the warranty, under the terms established, the customer must bear the costs of both repair and shipping.
